Club Rules and Guidelines
Read carefully before submitting your photographs to ensure fair play and consistent quality.
To maintain a positive and professional environment, all Online Photo Club members are expected to follow these submission rules. Each member may upload up to three photos per contest, unless stated otherwise. Only original work created by the submitting photographer is permitted. Accepted file types include JPG, PNG, and WEBP, and each file must be under 1 MB in size. Photos should be clear, properly exposed, and free from watermarks or logos. Contest themes change monthly, and each submission must align with the current theme. Uploading copyrighted or inappropriate material will result in disqualification and removal of content.
Respect and encouragement define our community. Comments on photos should remain constructive, focusing on composition, lighting, or technique. Members are urged to provide supportive feedback that helps others improve. Offensive, harmful, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated. Photos must be suitable for general audiences and may not contain adult, violent, or hateful imagery. By participating, you agree to let the club display your photos in the voting and gallery sections. Please review these guidelines regularly, as updates may occur to keep our growing community safe, fair, and inspiring for everyone.
